Customer Service Representative Scandinavian

Is communication your strongest skill! Are you directly fulltime available? And are you fluent in any of the Scandinavian languages? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for a fulltime Customer Service Representative Scandinavian. You will manage inquiries, order proccesing and after sales for our customers. You will be the bridge with our plant, local and overseas purchasing teams and vendors. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Inquiries/quotations;
  • Standard and custom projects;
  • Pricing;
  • Order precessing & follouw up until delivery;
  • Invoicing & payment follow up;
  • Complaint management

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Scandinavion who lives in The Netherlands. It is important that your can communicate fluently in Dutch and English as well as knowledge of one or more of the following Scandinavian: Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish.

  • You have commercial experience as Customer Service/Sales Support Representative or relevant similar role with a minimum of 3 years;
  • At least an MBO diploma;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word);
  • Knowledge/understanding of (non EU) export procedures and export documentation;
  • You're a great organisation talent
  • You have good administrative skills.

You can regonize yourself as an positive teamplayer with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery. Beside that you are eager to learn, pro-active, loyal, you have an hands-on mentality, flexibel and stress resistant.
