You are an experienced result-oriented business and finance leader. Your strong analytical skills give you the ability to translate business needs into financial consequences, solutions and recommendations. You are appreciated for your strong ability to recognise external trends and translate them into business opportunities and for being a strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create enthusiasm and commitment.
You comfortably engage with senior business leaders to drive better business results, bridging intuition and hard facts. You are motivated by developing people and the business together.
Your background, experience and education give you a solid base in understanding business dynamics as well as financial concepts, and your change-oriented mindset means you constantly adapt and update your thinking.
You have 10+ years with increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field and 5+ years of experience as a manager in a larger international/multinational structure. You have previous broad experience in business performance management and financial management, and you are also comfortable in a project context. You have the ability to communicate confidently in English (both spoken and written) and have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance / Economics or perhaps a related field in Engineering. You demonstrate strong ability to prioritise and provide clear directions and have proven skills in developing people, and providing support, coaching, training and career direction to others.
Driven by curiosity and a willingness to improve, you constantly update your understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide-ranging application in a business context.

Within Group Finance, Group Business Navigation’s mission is to drive business performance, identify and evaluate business opportunities and improve decision-making.
The Group Business Navigation Business Partner leads one of the functional areas (Centres of expertise) within Group Business Navigation, including managing a team of specialists and leading the development of the functional agenda globally across the Ingka group.
The Group Business Navigation Business Partner is also the single point of contact in all matters related to Finance towards appointed global organisations (Group functions such as People & Culture, Communications etc.), a regular/permanent invitee in the management team of the Group Function and supporting the Group Function leader in strategic and tactical business steering decisions.
More specifically, this means you will:
• Lead the operation and development of an assigned functional area within Group Business Navigation, including further development and implementation of relevant policies, frameworks and tools; and for the production and distribution of analysis, insights and recommendations related to Ingka business performance, investment plans, financial position and risks as assigned.
• Drive, together with other stakeholders, the implementation of Ingka Financial Strategy, planning, resource allocation and performance management.
• Be responsible for business performance management and financial decision support of assigned Group and Service Functions.
• Secure that Ingka financial policies and rules are followed within the scope of the assigned Group and Service Functions.
