In a small team you will be responsible for all worldwide order support and processing. You will contribute to the success of one of the main players in their field. Count on a position in a challenging, always demanding environment where you will never be bored! Be aware that this is not a position in a call center or product inquiry desk and there are no dealings with huge amounts of retail orders. Furthermore, the department is not strongly automated or standardized, so creativity is appreciated.
Part of your responsibilities in this position are:
Handling complex import/export documentation;
Order and stock management (very logistically driven position);
Single point of contact for specific countries or regions;
Ensuring order fulfillment by close contact with internal and external departments.
Job RequirementsPlease make sure that you meet the following requirements, as this is not a junior position!
You have excellent skills in English (will be tested); Dutch & additional languages are a plus;
At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service office environment with complex products and processes (must);
You have previous experience with handling export documents;
Extensive experience with SAP (must);
You feel comfortable communicating with multinational business partners;
You have a detailed understanding of the whole order process (must);
You are very accurate, detail oriented and able to work under pressure;
You like working in a team-environment, but you are able to master your tasks without being micromanaged;
You are available to start in this full-time position immediately.
