We are looking for a candidate for the position of Electro Specialist to Bid&Proposal team in the European Operations Center in Ostrava. You will be support of the Sales department and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Your responsibilities
  • Providing daily technical support for global sales team including equipment data sheets, drawings, BOMs generations, technical solution
  • Partner with sales to deliver technical presentations that explain our products and integrations for prospective and current clients
  • Assist with the functional (administrative) and technical elements of RFPs
  • Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales
  • Perform sales support to consistently meet overall area sales goals
  • Make effective customer presentations, ensure proposal pricing is accurate and technically correct. This may include walk-throughs of customer sites, and field visits
  • Perform marketing support to promote the Company's image throughout the industry
  • Assist Corporate needs in new service assessments, marketing research and literature development
  • Active participation in trade shows and professional societies
  • Develop knowledge in the primary product areas, including hardware, software applications, and process
  • Communicating with engineering and product management for complex technical solution feasibility
Your background
  • University education in the field of Electrical Engineering/Automation
  • Ideally three years’ experience in technical sales support or sales engineering
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communication with customers)
  • Experience in technical writing and editing of technical proposals and documents
  • User knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and various 3D modeling Software
  • Must be action oriented, customer orientation, goal-oriented, have the capability to work independently, be motivational, organized and have planning skills
  • Experience with automation is an advantage
