What You Will Do:
- Project manage the launch of new EV Home Charging propositions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple markets.
- Lead business readiness activities, with a particular focus on channel activation and market launches.
- Analyse customer feedback and market insights to enhance the home charging proposition and client experience.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including supplier-delivered services.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritising business needs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, digital, operations, and procurement, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
