This is a brilliant opportunity to join Rhino Greenhouses at an exciting stage of growth, based at their new retail site within RHS Garden Bridgewater.
This isn't typical retail. You'll be guiding customers through a considered purchase, helping them invest in a greenhouse that becomes part of their lifestyle.

£30,000-£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience). Potential OTE of £40,000-£45,000

What's the job?
You'll be based at Rhino's display site within RHS Bridgewater, engaging with visitors and guiding them through a consultative sales journey.
This is about understanding what the customer wants to achieve and helping them choose the right solution; whether that's growing their own food, creating a lifestyle space, or investing in their garden.
Day to day, you'll be:
Speaking with customers and building rapport
Demonstrating products and explaining their quality and design
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right greenhouse
Working towards sales and revenue targets
Capturing enquiries and supporting follow-up conversations
Keeping the display area looking professional and welcoming
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey
What do you need?
Experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role
Confidence speaking to customers and building relationships
A proactive, driven approach to hitting targets
Comfortable working independently
Happy working weekends as part of a retail setup
An interest in gardening, outdoor living or growing is a big plus
