The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of a specialist residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance.
You will lead and inspire a dedicated team whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining a positive culture for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the service
* Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards
* Lead, mentor and develop staff teams
* Promote person-centred care and positive outcomes
* Monitor quality, audits and service improvement plans
* Manage relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
About You
Applicants should ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Learning Disability services
* A strong track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and support
