Temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent

Salary £14.24 per hour

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm and 11am - 7pm ( must be flexible )

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist for a local GP Practice in the Ilford area , The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient confidentiality.

Duties

* Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

* Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as necessary using EMIS ,

* Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information

* Process patient registrations and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
