Role: Field Service Administrator

Location: Aldridge, WS9 8TZ

Hours: 40 hours per week | 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £28,894.81 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you organised, customer-focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Field Service Administrator to join our team in Aldridge. You will play a key role in supporting our field service operations and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience.

In this varied role, you will work closely with field technicians, customers, and internal teams to keep service activities on track. From raising job cards and processing documentation to managing invoices and warranty claims, your work will directly ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Raising job cards and maintaining accurate service records

*

Processing technician time bookings and job information

*

Checking and collating service documentation within agreed timescales

*

Finalising parts and labour charges on completed jobs

*

Closing jobs and supporting the timely completion of service activity

*

Reviewing and processing service invoices and credit notes

*

Creating, monitoring, and submitting warranty claims

*

Generating reports and assisting the wider service team as required

*

Maintaining company procedures and expanding your product knowledge

What We Are Looking For

You will be a proactive administrator with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to great customer service. You should feel comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating clearly across teams, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Previous administrative experience (preferably in service, engineering, or operations)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent organisation, time management, and task prioritization abilities
