A leading private healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their established inpatient ward team in Crowborough.
Working within a close-knit team of experienced clinical professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient-centred care while supporting the wider team to ensure a safe, efficient and seamless patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs.
Work collaboratively with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families.
Support junior colleagues and undertake mentoring or buddy responsibilities for new staff.
Take on delegated responsibilities and contribute to the Duty Nurse role when required.
Participate appropriately in emergency situations and support effective incident and complaint management.
Contribute to clinical audits, nursing research, care pathway development and service improvement.
Support the development and implementation of clinical procedures and standards.
Ensure resources and supplies are used effectively and efficiently.
Participate in training, meetings and professional development activities while maintaining mandatory training requirements.
Maintain professional competence and accountability in line with the NMC Code of Conduct.
About You
The successful candidate will be a passionate and empathetic Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
You will have:
A UK-recognised Registered Nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
Previous clinical nursing experience; orthopaedic experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
