Job Title: Senior HR Administrator (People Operations)
Role Type: 3 Month FTC
Location: Warrington (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £50k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive People team on a three-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers and wider People teams across the UK and Ireland, you'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly while providing first-class administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Senior HR Administrator (People Operations) Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
* Support key HR processes such as performance reviews and salary review cycles.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HR system.
* Coordinate documentation and administration for employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and investigation cases.
* Assist with organisational change activities, restructures and workforce planning administration.
* Work collaboratively with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and other People teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Produce HR reports, analytics and data for internal stakeholders.
Senior HR Administrator (People Operations) Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced or shared services environment.
* CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or equivalent HR experience.
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes (knowledge of Irish employment legislation would be advantageous).
* Proven experience supporting Employee Relations (ER) activities, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and investigation processes.
* Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Experience using HR systems such as Workday (highly desirable), SAP or similar HRIS platforms.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
