The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Accounting professional to support the business through a key period of growth and change, including the delivery of their audit.
The role will have a strong focus on acquisition accounting, consolidation and FRS 102, working closely with the wider finance team as well as external auditors and lenders.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support technical accounting activities across the Group
Drive the audit, ensuring robust preparation and delivery
Provide expertise across acquisition accounting and consolidation
Ensure appropriate application of FRS 102
Act as a key point of contact for external auditors
Work confidently with lenders and other financial stakeholders
Support the business through complex accounting and reporting requirements
Provide practical, hands-on input to the wider finance function
About you
We are looking for someone with:
Strong technical accounting experience, ideally gained in a complex or acquisitive environment
Proven experience with Group consolidations and acquisition accounting
Strong knowledge of FRS 102
Experience working directly with auditors and lenders
Must be a qualified accountant
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level
A hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to make an immediate impact
Availability to start at short notice
