Our customer specialises in providing clean drinking water to any location, usually supporting businesses and communities on behalf of water utility companies when the regular piped water supply is not available. In addition to this, our customer provides clean water to the construction industry as well as events such as festivals, so there is plenty of variety!
Candidates must display a good level of professionalism, attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, as it is imperative that the water is delivered and collected whilst keeping the risk of contamination to a minimum. With this in mind, a comprehensive induction and training period will need to be completed, which is fully paid for.
Additional details:
* Some previous tankering experience is required.
* Candidates will need to be flexible as the work can be unpredictable; jobs will generally be on DAYS, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend requirements.
* For some jobs drivers may be required to night out.
* The induction and training period will take 2 weeks to complete and is fully paid for.
* All work is done on digital tachograph.
Candidates must have the following documents:
* C+E licence with 1 year of practical experience
* Digital tachograph card
* Drivers CPC card
Note: An EUSR card would be beneficial for this position but is not essential.
Payment information:
Rates are as follows
* £19.00 per hour for all hours worked
* £25.00 per night for a night out
* Minimum 10 hours guaranteed
* A 45 minute break will be deducted after the minimum hours worked
* Weekly payments every Friday
