A successful Temporary HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience as a HR Advisor with a temping background.
Working towards CIPD level 5.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
