Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and tracking candidate and worker training requirements
* Processing weekly timesheets and resolving any queries
* Updating and maintaining CRM and internal database systems
* Managing worker onboarding, compliance, and documentation
* Supporting recruitment and agency administration activities
* Liaising with clients, site teams, and workers
* Assisting with general office and project administration duties
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience within recruitment/ construction
* Experience managing training records and compliance documentation
* Strong CRM and database management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Confident communicator with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
