The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurately recorded, controlled and distributed across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing, registering, distributing and archiving project documentation
* Maintaining accurate document registers and records
* Managing document revisions, approvals and workflows
* Tracking RFIs, technical submissions and project correspondence
* Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
* Ensuring documentation meets project quality and compliance requirements
* Supporting the compilation of handover and quality documentation
* Producing reports and maintaining clear audit trails
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction, infrastructure or engineering
* Experience using document management systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint or similar
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience on major infrastructure or nuclear projects would be advantageous
