An established engineering business is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their fabulous team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to play a valuable role within a busy sales function - no engineering knowledge needed, full training will be given.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, keeping the sales inbox organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A lot of enquiries relate to the same job or project, so a key part of the role is spotting patterns, processing repeat quotes efficiently, and making sure the technical sales team's time is spent where it matters most.
You'll also handle requests for product diagrams and quality documentation, liaise with production, and manage general, non-technical customer queries, keeping accurate records throughout, including supporting the rollout of a new CRM system.
It's a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, and one where good organisation and attention to detail make a real difference.

We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing a high volume of tasks and knowing what to prioritise
A clear, confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers
Comfortable using spreadsheets and databases
Reliable, and happy to be on-site daily
