Are you an experienced administrator looking to start work immediately? We're recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Leatherhead on an initial one-month temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of a company fleet, ensuring records are accurate, compliance is maintained, and vehicles remain operational.

Duties will include:

Maintaining fleet and vehicle records
Booking vehicle services, MOTs, inspections and repairs
Monitoring compliance documentation and renewal dates
Liaising with drivers, suppliers and external contractors
Processing fleet-related paperwork and invoices
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Providing general administrative support to the wider team

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous administration experience
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A professional and proactive approach
Availability to start immediately

Essential Requirements:

A valid Enhanced DBS Check
Ability to work on-site in Leatherhead
