Contracts Supervisor | Broxburn | ££Negotiable DOE

My client a leading Scaffolding contractor have an opening for a Contracts Supervisor to join their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating with the team to assign work to scaffolding crews
To motivate and guide the workforce
To make sure safety standards are not only met but exceeded
Read and Interpret Scaffold Designs and Technical Drawings
Create and Amend Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Produce material take off's from drawings, then also manage material requests from yard to sites
Deal directly with multiple clients and manage client schedules and programming
Attend client pre-start and ongoing progress meetings
Desirable:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role,
SMSTS, SSSTS or equivalent
Advanced Scaffold Inspection
Temporary Works Co-ordinator Trained / Temporary Works Supervisor
IOSH Managing Safely / Construction Health and Safety understanding
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Computer Literate
Proven track record of problem solving and being able to adapt to a fast past environmentSalary will be negotiable depending on experience. We can consider candidates on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.
