Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Improvement Lead to join their Non-conformance Management team in Lincoln. This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 12 months, offering an hourly rate between £30.00 and £40.00.
Your Mission:
As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality culture within the Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Problem Solving: Lead and coach teams in effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Process Improvement: Enhance tools and processes for better non-conformance management.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on problem-solving techniques and tools.
Governance & Guidance: Provide essential guidance and governance for non-conformance management.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional leads to foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation.You will be instrumental in achieving non-conformance cost (NCC) targets and KPIs, ensuring that all areas are aligned and working toward common goals.

Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
Proficiency in data interpretation and metrics.Desirable:
Experience in proposing and implementing quality solutions.
Familiarity with non-conformance management processes and structured improvement projects.
