Are you experienced with grinding or metal finishing, or looking to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing role? Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder to join their production team in Sittingbourne.

What You'll Be Doing
* Grinding and linishing metal components to meet quality specifications
* Operating hand tools and grinding equipment safely and efficiently
* Inspecting finished products to ensure a high standard of workmanship
* Removing imperfections and preparing surfaces for further processing
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in grinding, linishing, metal finishing, or a similar manufacturing role is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Confidence using hand tools and production machinery
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
