Service Care Solutions is working with a highly reputable and well-established law firm, based in Lincolnshire, which is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to lead its thriving Residential Conveyancing department. Role: Conveyancing Executive – Team Leader
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 D.O.E.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
Supervise and assist team members within a busy conveyancing department.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
Team leadership and people management experience.
Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
An ability to attend the office in Lincoln on a daily basis.Benefits:
