The Role
* As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll:
* Manage a busy temporary Driving desk
* Recruit and place professional drivers into temporary assignments
* Build strong relationships with candidates and existing clients
* Fill bookings quickly and efficiently
* Deliver an excellent service throughout the recruitment process
* Work closely with an experienced and supportive team
* Use a new recruitment CRM as the business transitions to Matchmaker
About You
* You'll be a Senior Recruitment Consultant who:
* Has previous agency recruitment experience
* Has Driving recruitment experience, or experience in another temporary recruitment sector
* Enjoys building relationships with candidates
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
* Wants to concentrate on recruitment rather than spending every day making sales calls
