In this role, you will deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners, supporting both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning. You will guide learners through their qualifications, assess their progress and help prepare them for successful careers within the electrical and energy sectors.

The Role
*Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners
*Support both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning
*Assess learner progress and provide guidance, feedback and support
*Deliver apprenticeship programmes alongside specialist commercial training courses
*Undertake training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing
*Monday to Friday position based in Leicester
The Person
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
*Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent)
*Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards if required)
*Strong Electrical Installation industry experience
*Experience delivering Electrical Installation training
*Interest in renewable technologies and ongoing professional development
