The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Reporting to the General Manager as part of a friendly workshop team working with a variety of customer vehicles, including caravans, motorhomes, horse boxes, vans, and other vehicles, your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
Mix paint to match the vehicle colour and apply it using spray guns and other equipment.
Repair and reseal damp areas.
The successful candidate must be able to repair fibreglass, plastic & aluminium.
If suitably experienced, carry out additional body repairs such as panel, MET, or habitation.
Work with other team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that health and safety procedures and guidelines are being followed at all times.To be eligible, you will need to have current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Body Repair Technician. Formal qualifications in vehicle body repair/paint spraying would be desirable; however, our client is willing to consider candidates with strong "on-the-job" experience that can work to their meticulous standards. Overall, you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multitasking, and have a UK driving license with minimal points. Any experience in motorhome/caravan body repair would be highly advantageous; however is non-essential.
