Due to continued growth, our client is delighted to offer a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their successful and expanding business based in Cheltenham. The company specialises in the manufacture of specialist equipment, and as a Team Administrator, you will become part of a small, friendly sales administration team. You will be responsible for responding efficiently to incoming enquiries and orders, alongside managing a range of associated administrative duties.

General administration tasks as follows:

- Processing sales orders / quotations based on customer requests and enquiries in a timely manner

- Responding to customer inquiries providing product and / or service information

- Addressing customer complaints and providing resolutions promptly

- Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with customers

- Liaise with management on all bespoke requests sourcing prices for products and delivery from suppliers

- Sourcing parts/raising purchase orders with suppliers.

- Submitting customer invoicing

- Follow up all open quotations generating reports for management

Candidate Attributes:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Ability to work to deadlines.

Hours - Monday – Thursday - 8.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am - 2pm

Salary - Approx £28k depending on experience + discretionary annual company performance bonus (approx. £2k) + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
