This opportunity would suit someone at the earlier stages of their legal support career who already has exposure to family law and is looking to continue developing within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced solicitors, assisting with a range of administrative and client-focused duties while gaining valuable hands-on experience within a respected practice.
Duties Include
* Supporting solicitors with file management, correspondence and general administration
* Preparing and amending legal documents and bundles
* Liaising with clients, courts and third parties via telephone and email
* Managing diaries, organising meetings and assisting with hearing preparation
* Ensuring client records and compliance processes are maintained accurately
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience within a legal administration or legal assistant role
* Family law experience is essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional and empathetic approach to client care
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
