Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Preston who are looking for confident and enthusiastic Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable experience within secondary education.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
Support the learning and development of students across a range of subjects.
Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care.
Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups.What We're Looking For
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Experience working with children or young people is preferred, but not essential.
Confidence and enthusiasm when supporting secondary-aged students.
A genuine interest in education and personal development.
Flexibility and reliability to cover short-term and long-term placements.What's in It for You
