Strong opportunities for development within a growing practiceKey Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and development work
Acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs
Contributing to business development, client relationship management and firm growth initiatives
Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
Using the firm's Case Management System to progress mattersRequirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload
An ability to deal with residential development work would be helpful
IT skills to operate a Case Management System
A commercially minded individual who enjoys client interaction, business development and leadership
