Our client is a successful, well-established business with a small, friendly team. They are looking for an organised, confident and motivated Administration Assistant to provide essential support across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
⚠️ Please note: The company is currently based in Sutton but will be relocating to Walton on the Hill in October/November 2026. Applicants must be able to travel to both locations.
⭐ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business, including:
* 📞 Acting as the first point of contact for clients and on-the-road staff
• 👥 Assisting with recruitment and HR functions
• 📋 Providing administrative support to the wider team
• 💼 Supporting management with the day-to-day running of the business
• 📊 Using Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and complete administrative tasks
• 🤝 Working closely with the Office & Finance Manager
• 🚀 Supporting the business as it continues to develop and progress within the commercial market
