SIMS / Bromcom Administrator - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

We are seeking a highly organised and knowledgeable SIMS / Bromcom Administrator to join a thriving secondary school in Croydon on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled school data professional who is confident managing school information systems and thrives in a fast-paced educational setting.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within secondary schools and possess strong working knowledge of SIMS and/or Bromcom systems. A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff across the school are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining student data using SIMS and/or Bromcom
Supporting attendance, admissions, reporting, timetabling, and census returns
Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across school systems
Producing reports and providing administrative support to senior leadership
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the school's MIS functions

Requirements

Previous experience working as a SIMS or Bromcom Administrator within a school setting
Strong knowledge and practical experience using SIMS and/or Bromcom
Experience within secondary schools is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively
A degree is preferred but not essential for candidates with substantial relevant experience
