The Role
You will lead the IP department from a strong starting position, benefiting from an existing client base and consistent cross-referrals from the firm’s wider offering. The role includes soft IP & contentious work which ranges from infringement disputes to advisory trade mark disputes. The type of work can be flexible depending on background and interests.
You will have full support in marketing, networking and team growth, with autonomy over strategy and department development.
