    Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary is £24,000-26,000 p.a dependent on experience.


    Responsibilities;

    • Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date.
    • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
    • Maintaining accurate file notes in our CRM system.
    • Liaising with third party suppliers to provide and produce property reports.

    • Previous estate agency industry experience is desirable.
    • Is passionate about the property industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills and communicator.
    • Must be comfortable having conversations on the phone.
