About the Role
- Manage company incorporations, dissolutions, restorations and statutory filings with Companies House.
- Maintain statutory registers,
- Prepare board minutes
- Support board and committee meetings.
- Administer share transfers, allotments, dormant accounts, banking matters and corporate governance documentation.
- Complete KYC, AML and compliance monitoring while liaising with Companies House and other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Ideally CGI qualified
Required Skills
- Previous company secretarial experience with strong knowledge of UK company law.
- Experience maintaining statutory records and Companies House filings.
- Experience with Diligent or similar governance systems is advantageous.
Hybrid working
This role would offer hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office; 2 from home.
