This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership that values expertise and customer service excellence.

Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
Qualify service requirements and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate
Establish agreement with customers on the work to be carried out
Clearly explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and approval
Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards as a Service Advisor
Maintain accurate records within relevant systems at all timesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Good understanding of vehicle systems and common issues
