Key Responsibilities:
Operate ironing and pressing machines to deliver high-quality finishes on linen, towels, and garments.
Sort, fold, and prepare items for packing and dispatch.
Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets.
Handle Linen items with care to prevent damage or contamination.
Support other operations, including loading and unloading machines when needed.
Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
Follow all Health & Safety and manual handling procedures.Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, housekeeping, or production environment is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided!
Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
