About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee equipment for a wide range of business customers.
No two days are the same - you'll travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure equipment is operating to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission commercial coffee machines and associated equipment.
Service, maintain, and repair a range of professional coffee systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
Carry out first-time fixes whenever possible.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer downtime.
Provide equipment demonstrations and customer support.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
Manage van stock, tools, and equipment effectively.
Deliver outstanding customer service at every customer visit.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working on commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
A full UK driving licence.
