About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education for children, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of childcare.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Previous nursery experience is essential.
* Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, caring, and professional approach.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required.
