We currently require a Class 2/HGV C refuse driver to work with our Client Rugby Borough Council on an ongoing basis starting asap. This will be reviewed after a 12 week period and extended if the Candidate is suitable.

Payrate are as follows:

PAYE Holiday Accrual £17.18

PAYE Holiday included; £19.25

Umbrella; £22.39

Paid 4-5 hour induction and driving assessment completed on first shift.

Green refuse collection in and around the Rugby area. Mostly residential but sometimes do some trade collections.

07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Thursday

07:30 – 15:00 Friday

Mon to Thurs paid 7.5 hours

Friday paid 7

Candidate criteria;

Must be over 18 for insurance purposes

Held class C entitlement for minimum 1 year

Maximum 6 points

Previous experience of driving a refuse lorry would be beneficial, but not essential.
