Recruitment Solutions are working with a new Client to appoint a Credit Controller.
Based in the heart of Spinningfield our Client is looking to expand the Credit Control function as they bring one of their subsidiary Companies to Manchester.
THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROLLER
Will be based in a central Finance / Credit Control team. The teams are split into UK Geographical Regions – you will be mentored supported on a day to day basis by Credit Control Team Leaders and you will have ultimate support from the Accounts Receivable Manager.
On a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis you role will focus on;
- Credit Control by Telephone and Email
- You will reduce Aged Debt by building Internal and External Relationships and understanding by Non Payment has occured
- You will attend Internal and sometimes External Meetings – therefore you need to be a character who is happy to share opinions and speak up!
- You will proactively work to take and process Payments via the Telephone and assist with the Reconciliation of Payments
- Be proactive in the resolution of Unallocated Payments
- Assist with preparation for Month End.

- Annual Salary of £28,000 – £34,000 – which will be dependent on your Credit Control experience
