Project Delivery Lead
Job Description
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex, long-term customer programme, ensuring key milestones, KPIs and contractual commitments are achieved.
Act as the primary customer contact, managing expectations, leading progress reviews and building strong, professional relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial functions to maintain programme delivery.
Monitor budgets, costs and forecasts, supporting commercial decision-making and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Manage programme, supplier and delivery risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans where required.
Maintain high standards of quality, documentation and reporting, while driving continuous improvement across programme management processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience leading complex programmes or major customer contracts within a demanding environment.
Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and financial reporting.
Demonstrable experience managing senior customer relationships, expectations and contractual requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation abilities in a fast-changing environment.
Experience maintaining programme plans and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project or equivalent planning tools.
