Hours: Part time, 25 hours a week
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts on a rotating rota

The Role
We are recruiting for a Part Time Business Support Assistant to join a busy Facilities and Compliance Helpdesk team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in supporting the delivery of maintenance, compliance, and health & safety services across a large commercial environment. Based on the Helpdesk, you will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, updating CAFM systems, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor maintenance requests through the CAFM system.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
Track compliance documentation, certificates, and audit actions.
Monitor contractor attendance and update system records.
Support Health & Safety and Fire Compliance teams with reporting and administration.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of operational records.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in a customer service, helpdesk, administration, or facilities support role.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and late-night shifts.
