Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary (6 weeks initially)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy team based in LS15. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an immediate start in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Managing inboxes and responding to enquiries
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
* Supporting with filing and document management
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
* Previous administration experience is desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
