How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Support the planning, execution, and close-out of projects in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions where required.
Lead pre-construction planning activities, including programme development, logistics planning, and resource allocation.
Forecast labour, plant, equipment, and material requirements to support project delivery.
Manage inventory and procurement activities to ensure resources are available when required while minimising waste and cost.
Work closely with operational teams to optimise resource utilisation across projects.
Take responsibility for project cost tracking, monitoring expenditure against budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare and maintain project financial reports, forecasts, and revenue projections.
Assist with monthly valuations, cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Monitor project performance against financial targets and support the resolution of commercial issues.
Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained to support financial and contractual obligations.
Attend construction planning meetings, client meetings, and regular site inspections to review project progress and performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture across all projects and ensure compliance with company health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
Support site teams in maintaining safe working practices and achieving project safety objectives.
Participate in quality inspections and audits to ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and performance.
Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, industry regulations, and company procedures.
Provide guidance and support to engineering, site, and project teams.
Foster collaborative working relationships and encourage a proactive problem-solving culture.
Support the development and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate.
