Commercial Gas/ Mechanical Supervisor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Commercial Gas/ Mechanical Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers looking after a team of engineers along the Plymouth Region.
Salary: £(phone number removed) plus car, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance
Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Standby / Call Out: 1 in 4
The HVAC supervisor is crucial to the delivery of PPM, Reactive and testing workstreams whilst supporting with technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate. This role will require you to supervise, influence and build strong working relationships with the customer, internal teams and regional HVAC technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to engineers
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's etc
Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications
Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management
Qualifications / Experience:
ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN,CIGA,CORT,ICPN,CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum
* ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum
* City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition

The ideal candidate:

Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.
Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams
Have the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces
A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work
Full Driving License as this is a mobile role
