You'll assist document control, track reviews and approvals, chase down outstanding actions, and make sure the engineering team has accurate, up-to-date records at all times.
Engineers will rely on you and your work helps keep projects on track.
What You'll Need
* Admin experience in an engineering, manufacturing, marine, defence, or technical environment
* Strong document control and record-keeping skills
* Confident chasing stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Experience maintaining trackers, registers, or document management systems
Bonus Points For
* SharePoint, ERP, or document management system experience
* Exposure to engineering drawings or technical documentation
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management frameworks
