The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a refurbishment project at a hospital in Suffolk for an initial 12-week programme.
The project involves the refurbishment of empty hospital wards, including the initial strip-out and full refurbishment works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors and liaising professionally with the client and wider project team.

Coordinating M&E, ventilation and medical gas installations
*
Overseeing ceilings, doors, bed heads, flooring and decoration works

Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site management

Liaising with the client and project team throughout the programme

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager on NHS, hospital or healthcare refurbishment projects
*
Specific experience working within NHS ward environments is essential
*
SMSTS qualification
*
3-Day First Aid at Work
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
*
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*
Personable, professional and able to manage subcontractors effectively
*
Experience with M&E, ventilation and medical gas works would be highly beneficial
