We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive SEND school in Ipswich.
No previous experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided. This role is ideal for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in education, care, youth work, or special educational needs.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities
Support pupils in the classroom and during activities.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Assist students with their social, emotional, and communication needs.
Work as part of a supportive team to help pupils achieve their individual goals.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.

Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
