Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Basic Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 DOE
OTE: Between £50,000 - £60,000+ per annum
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sundays. 5 out of 7 day working pattern

Set the tone in-store, creating a welcoming, customer-first environment.

Take ownership of store operations – from stock management and merchandising to compliance and reporting.

Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves happy.
