Mechanical Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate activities, solve technical issues, and ensure efficient project execution. The role requires a proactive approach to managing resources, schedules, and compliance with health and safety regulations, all while maintaining excellent communication and leadership within the team.

Extensive experience in Mechanical Project Management within the Building Services sector

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and relevant industry standards

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee resource allocation effectively

Overseeing projects from £100,000 - £1,000,000

Proficient in project management tools and software

Safe and compliant delivery of projects, adhering to health and safety regulations

Experience working in London or Home Counties is preferred
